The location was great for exploring the Freedom Trail. The room was also nice and quite clean.

The bedroom faced the street, and the windows offered virtually no sound insulation. It was noisy until around 3 a.m. and began again around 5 a.m. (sleep was difficult).

I found the location awesome. it was walkable to historical sites along the freedom trail. many great restaurants and bakeries surround the hotel! the service was excellent. i liked the keurig coffee machine, a tea pot, and a mini fridge in the kitchenette. No microwave was available, though.

the stairs to our room on the second floor were skinny and steep, something i feel should be addressed. luggage assistance would be beneficial, or even an elevator! it might be difficult for older guests.

The hotel is in a central area. It is super convenient. literally, you can walk to downtown. Two subway stations are nearby. the surrounding area is busy yet surprisingly quiet, nice for a peaceful stay.

The hotel provides luggage assistance upon request, which i found helpful. a keurig coffee machine and a tea pot are available. each room features a mini fridge for storing drinks and snacks. No microwave is available.

Our one-bedroom suite was spacious and well-kept. the bed was comfortable. amenities included complimentary umbrellas, a thoughtful touch in case of rain. The bathroom was also very good.

The location was in the heart of the North End. My room included a little lounge and kitchen area. I found a microwave and fridge there. The bed was comfortable.

The air conditioner made noise. It turned on every hour even when turned off. This did not help me rest well. The entrance door was broken and could not be locked from the inside during the night.
